Calling All You Budding Artists
Why not join us at the Ambleside Salutation Hotel for a whole week of painting week in the heart of the beautiful English Lake District. We have teamed up with local watercolour artist Pauline Henderson to provide your tuition, Pauline teaches in and around Cumbria both from her home in Orton near Penrith and in nearby Appleby.
The course is suitable for all abilities ranging from absolute beginner to those who are already keen artists and members of art clubs.
Pauline has a relaxed and varied style and will be able to give individual tuition.
So whether you are a beginner or an established artist we are sure you will enjoy our painting week. Combine a love of art and painting with the breathtaking scenery in the heart of the Lake District - England's most beautiful corner.
We will also provide a welcome pack with various discount voucher's for local shops including 'Shinglers' creative arts so you can stock up on any artists materials. We also offer a discount at Oxley's Blue Fish Spa for that ultimate Pamper experience during your stay.
Arrive for dinner on Sunday the 14th November 2010 and the course commences on Monday 15th for the full 5 nights dinner bed and breakfast and 4 days tuition (Monday, Tuesday Wednesday Thursday) or a 3 night mini break staying Sunday, Monday, Tuesday night's dinner, bed and breakfast including tuition (includes Wednesday's painting).
5 Night Break £318.00 per person,
3 Night Break £190.00 per person.
