Start the day with our award winning breakfast which is something to behold. Served from 8am – 10am in our Brasserie restaurant. From our delicious mouth watering platter selections which include continental meats and cheese, fish platter, fruit plate, Artisan bread basket. Our cooked selection includes grilled Manx Kippers, Poached West Coast Haddock and of course, not forgetting the full works fresh from the kitchen, a hearty Westmorland grill to set you up for a day on the fells.

Our air-conditioned Brasserie is open currently to residents staying in the hotel for Breakfast & Dinner and our menus feature the finest fresh produce from the region.
Booking is essential for your breakfast and dinner reservations. Please reserve a time slot in the restaurant for each day of your stay at the time of booking.
Our Brasserie sample menus change daily and rotate every 3 days. Please note that we are currently only taking accepting bookings for up to 6 people.
(Rule of 6 – Our policy will not change on this regarding table setting and the maximum table size will be 6 people, we will still take groups larger than 6 people on multiple tables.)
You will once again be able to order your drinks from the bar in person. Our tastefully decorated screens will still be up for your comfort and safety.
Our menus are based on a traditional flair for English food, interspersed with dishes from around the world to create a menu which we serve throughout the restaurant each evening from 5.30pm – 9pm.
