Commis Chef


We are looking for a new member of staff to join our existing restaurant team.  Since reopening  the hotel is exclusively open for residents only with a high percentage of our guests being regular repeat customers. In return for your commitment your benefits will be..

Live in positions are also available.

Your duties will be in our kitchen department working 40hrs a week over 5 days, where you will be helping to prepare food for our busy catering operation No:1 Lake Road Bistro, serving breakfast and dinner and maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment. Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

You should have a strong, quality background and enjoy working as part of a team. You should have good communication and organisational skills and have the desire to become a key member of our team.

Applicants must be able to speak English to a high standard and be eligible to work in the UK and be able to provide appropriate documentation. We do ask that you  attend an interview in person at the hotel.
