Our main reception desk for check in and check out is staffed from 7.30am – 11.30pm. Outside these times there is only an emergency service available, which can be contacted by dialing ‘0’ during the day. At night call ‘300’ or dial ‘9’ to obtain an outside line from a hotel telephone then 015934 32244 or ‘9’ to obtain an outside line from a hotel telephone then 07706913532.
If you have not pre-registered, please complete the reg card that is enclosed in your welcome pack, sign it and place in the box on the reception desk before 9pm on your day of arrival. You will need to show the room charge card to the bar and restaurant staff should you wish to charge anything to your account.
Breakfast is served from 8am until 10am and dinner is served from 5.30pm until 9pm Time slots have also been implemented for both breakfast and dinner. You must pre -book a time slot for each day either at the reception desk, or using the Vamoos App or dialing 0 from the telephone in your room.
There is a safe located in the dressing table/wardrobe in each guest bedroom. Guests may also leave valuables in the hotel safe until departure if they prefer. The Hotel cannot accept any responsibility for the loss of valuables not left at reception.
There are several hand sanitising stations located in various areas of the hotel for guests.
There is a shoe cleaning machine on the first floor by the lift towards Rm 100 (top of the stairs and turn right).
The hotel is completely non-smoking (including e-cigarettes), including all bedrooms. With effect from 1st July 2007 it is against the law to smoke in these premises. If this is not respected then an
automatic charge of £100 for the complete cleaning of the room and its soft furnishings will be applied to the credit/debit card provided on check in.
SUITES / LAKELAND BEDROOMS
These are our most luxurious rooms with a superking bed, large en-suite bathroom with separate walk-in shower and a lovely sitting area complete with Ruark Ipod Dock. All rooms have bathrobes, slippers and complimentary water and newspaper. Each room has a special feature from an extra large bath to a hot tub on the balcony or an apartment-like feel.
We would ask that you do not bring takeaway food back to eat in the Hotel. This is due to the fact that it is not eaten from trays or provided with knives and forks, as our room service items are, and the left overs are not removed from the room, which can leave unpleasant odours to linger.
TEA & COFFEE MAKING FACILITIES
Tea & Coffee making facilities are provided in the cupboard in each bedroom. Extra supplies can be obtained from the bar or reception.
Dial ‘9’ for an outside line. Dial ‘0’ for reception. To make a freephone call dial ‘9’ then your number. To contact another bedroom dial the room number.

TOWELS & HOUSEKEEPING
If you would like your room towels to be changed please leave them in the bath so our housekeeping team can replace when they service the room. To indicate that you would NOT like your room serviced please place the housekeeping card in your door slot displaying the DO NOT DISTURB message.
