We are currently exclusively open for residents only and have adapted the hotel to give what we feel is the best service and welcome to our guests.  Now that the Government’s roadmap has been unfolded , we will be keeping some of the policies and changes we implemented throughout 2021, which we think make our hotel and your holiday a nicer, safer and a more relaxing place to be .

  • Face Coverings
    Our Team will continue to wear face masks in all public areas to protect our customers and we ask that you also wear face masks whilst you navigate around the public areas, to protect our team. These can be removed whilst in our restaurant and lounges when you are seated.
  • Exclusive Leisure Facilities

The hotels extensive leisure facilities are now only open to residents and need to be pre-booked as we have limited the maximum numbers and allocated timings for a more relaxed feel.

  • Restaurant & Bar Services:

Our restaurant and bar are also only available for our residents, so that we can always guarantee you a table for breakfast and dinner . Pre booking is required for the duration of your stay and we will follow the previous guidelines of maximum table sizes of multiples of 6 . Don’t worry if there are more than 6 in your party we will make sure the tables are next to each other where possible. The hotel bar is for residents only and is now a calm sanctuary after a busy day so you can relax in our comfy lounges.

  • Pre-Registration:

We have adapted our correspondence prior to your arrival where we will now call you a week or so prior to your arrival date and ask for your final payment. We will then send you an email informing you all about what to expect prior to your holiday. There will also be a link so that you can check-in prior to arrival, avoiding spending time at the reception , when you could be enjoying our facilities.

 

Our aim has always been to welcome you and look after you as part of our family to enable you to relax and recharge and never more has this become so important to us than after the year that we have all experienced.
