How everything is going to work


Firstly a big Westmorland Welcome Back! 

We are delighted to be able to open our doors and see all our guests again, it’s been such a long time!  We want to explain to you what to expect during your stay with Health and Safety being our priority and to assure you that all the procedures are now in place so we can best look after our team and you, as our valued guests.

We would like to thank you for patience, understanding and most of all friendship during this strange time.

You will notice things have changed – for example, your pre-stay email will be sent to you 5 days prior to arrival and using the ‘Guest Stay’ link, you will be able to check yourself into the hotel.  Booking is essential for your breakfast and dinner reservations.  Please reserve a time slot in the restaurant for each day of your stay.  Don’t forget to book time slots to use our fabulous leisure facilities or to indulge yourself with a spa treatment.  But don’t worry, we have made all this easy for you to get to grips with, by creating an in-house page plus our brand new Vamoos Hotel App.  Details of which are below and also will be in your pre-stay email for you to download before you arrive or will also be available for you to download during your stay. If required you can of course still dial 0 from your bedroom telephone to speak to reception.

Our new Vamoos Hotel In-House Concierge App is now up and running, which will give you an insight to what’s on in the area so you can plan your visit. It also has our new up to date guest directory where you can find out more about the hotel facilities, including spa, leisure and dining, view our menus and spa brochure.  Pre-booking is now essential so you can use the app to reserve a time slot for breakfast and dinner for each day of your stay with us.  We request that leisure use and spa treatments are also be pre-booked.

PLEASE NOTE: Our services are bookable only when you are resident in the hotel, these include dinner, breakfast and leisure.
